How long does delivery take?
Televisions: free delivery in 3 working days for England and Wales. 5 working days for delivery to Scotland.
AirDresser: free delivery in 5 working days to England and Wales. 7 working days to Scotland.
Can I collect or pick up my order?
No, we offer delivery via our preferred partner.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Scilly or the Isle of Man?
Deliveries are not currently available to these locations.
I'm worried the item may not fit through my house.
Before you make your order, please check the measurements against those of your home and doorways. All website product pages include unpackaged product dimensions and product weights.
Will your delivery team move the item into the right place in my home?
Due to Government COVID restrictions, your items will be delivered to your driveway or doorstep until restrictions lift. Please ensure you have the help you need to position the item within your home. Please check the product weights listed on our product pages before ordering and ensure you have assistance in order to move heavy/bulky items safely.
Once COVID restrictions are lifted, our Free Standard Delivery includes the delivery team moving your product into one room of your choice within your home.
I live up several flights of stairs. Do I need to tell you?
Due to current COVID restrictions, we are not permitted to enter any property, which includes flats and high-rise buildings. The item will be delivered to a doorstep or driveway. Please ensure you have the help you need to move your item safely.
Will your delivery team take away the delivery/product packaging?
We offer an Unpackage and Waste Removal service for an additional £15. This can be added to your order at checkout. Please note, this service does not include the removal of your old appliance or television.
Do you offer an installation service?
We do not offer an installation service.
